The conception of the houses has been treated as a single architectural complex. The whole is more important than the parts. The Urbanistic Plan raises the need to make single-family houses in a row. We have wanted to promote this idea of a whole, not of individual repetition of the same house, but of designing a single building, in which the houses enjoy absolute independence, but which in its architectural language, form part of a single project, of a whole, which only makes sense if understood as a whole.
The dwellings are designed to enjoy a free, open and fluid space, where the interior and exterior spaces follow one another and allow for long views through the private space. The terraces, the characteristic courtyard of Mediterranean architecture and the spacious garden, are elements that form part of the dwelling, living spaces in which air and light take on a greater role and become part of everyday life.
