The building is a mixed-use development of housing and tertiary located on the edge of the city with views of the Valencian countryside. A project of densification and urban renewal, from which it offers views over the city and the surrounding natural landscape.
The shape of the tower is characterised by its strong volumetric structure. Its dimensions and resulting functions are in line with urban and programmatic expectations and requirements. A system of solar protection gives the building its changing appearance, establishing a dialogue between the users and residents, with those who see the building from the outside. Behind these mobile elements there are open spaces that create an interesting transition space working as a filter between the dwellings and the city, establishing a changing depth and transparency from the outside to the inside.
