Situated in an idyllic enclave, surrounded by pine forests and with views of the sea, the project is based on a steeply sloping terrain that determines the configuration of the proposal, which clings to the land of the place in all its senses, adapting to the natural morphology of the terrain, conserving the existing vegetation and committing to the use of sustainable materials from the place. The orientation and the views establish the layout of the dwellings, which open up on a great vantage point overlooking the sea to the northeast and enveloping in its most secluded part, the most luminous space of the dwellings, towards the south.
The project presents a resounding unity in its language that, thanks to the fragmentation of the architectural complex into a composition of several associated and interconnected volumes, creates interesting spaces along its route, different atmospheres, where the spaces that operate indistinctly as both interior and exterior spaces follow one another.
